PJ is a 30-year veteran of the telecommunications industry. PJ's telecom career has included senior level and executive level positions in NYNEX, Bellcore, and TruePosition. In the 1990s, he was a national standards committee chairman in the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), where he participated in and led the development of cellular standards.
In 2001 PJ joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers and FTI Financial Consulting as managing director for telecom, technology, and media corporate restructuring. In 2005 he began his own firm, PJ Louis LLC, which focuses on distressed and under-performing companies. He s currently on the board of advisors for Kindle Innovations. In 2010 PJ became a partner in BitInsight. PJ is a graduate of Columbia University's School of engineering and Applied Science and Polytechnic Institute of NY.

Patrick has
over 25 years experience with technology companies most
recently in executive positions with venture-backed firms active in the
network security arena. Patrick's recent leadership roles included Vice
President of Sales at V-Secure Technologies, President of Spearhead
Security Technologies Inc. and President of Radguard Inc. Earlier
experience includes building, from the ground-up, major, technology
leveraging, services offerings within the fold of larger companies
including a Call Center Automation services practice while at GTE
(winner of the GTE Chairman’s Leadership Award) and a major financial
services offering while at IBM Credit Corp.
Patrick
holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in engineering from Columbia University and
an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is the recipient of 2
patents in the area of call center automation.
